The OC Coffee Scene

Our first stop was The Aussie Bean at Old Towne Orange, the new addition to the coffee shop list in the OC. Got to hangout with the Wilkinson's. If your in Orange area you gotta stop by.

Next stop was Portola Coffee Lab inside Provisions Market there's quite a few Portola Coffee Lab locations in the OC but this one at Old Towne Orange is where you can grab a great cup of coffee and a bite to eat. You can also try some great craft beers on tap, where there's around 30 to choose from..

We missed Hopper and Burr today in DTSA (Santa Ana) but will definitely be back to check them out. Before heading back to  LA there was 2 more stops we needed to visit. We need all the caffeine that we can get to battle out that standstill traffic on the 405. There were much more shops on our list but we can save that for another trip, we always love any excuse to head to Orange County.

For our second to last stop, we ended up at Neat Coffee located at the lobby of Wayfare a co-working space in Costa Mesa. Neat Coffee serves Stumptown and is founded by Ally Garvin. This is another place to check out while your in Costa Mesa before you head down to the Beach.

Last stop of OC Coffee Scene part 1. Cafecito Organico at the Lab "Anti-Mall"

Cafecito Organico originally started from the LA area has been making their way into the OC. Founded by Angel Orozco and Mitch Hale.

Humble Beginnings from a mobile operation in a Dodge Sprinter Van and serving coffee at the Hollywood and Silverlake Farmers Market fast forward to present time... outside of Silverlake you can find them at multiple locations in the OC and out in Malibu! Pretty amazing story, we will def try to get a sit down and chat with these guys soon.
